- Qualifications (योग्यता):
- Diploma Holders: Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics (Passing years: 2022 to 2026).
- ITI Pass: All Trades (Passing years: 2014 to 2026).
- Non-ITI: High School (10th) Pass.
- Special Note: जिन छात्रों ने आईटीआई प्रथम वर्ष की परीक्षा पास कर ली है, वे भी पात्र हैं। (Students who have passed ITI 1st year are also eligible).
Salary & Benefits / वेतन और सुविधाएं

- Monthly CTC:
- Diploma Holders: Up to ₹18,000 per month.
- High School Pass: ₹16,000 per month.

- Duty Hours: 8 Hours per day.
- Overtime (OT): Double Payment (ओवरटाइम का भुगतान दोगुनी दर पर किया जाएगा).
