🎓 Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

  • Education Criteria: Candidates ka 10th class pass hone ke sath-sath ITI Pass hona zaroori hai.
  • ITI Students: NCVT ya SCVT dono board ke passout students is placement me bhag le sakte hain.
  • Eligible Trades: Fitter, Motor Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Tractor Mechanic etc. trade wale students apply kar sakte hain.
  • Diploma Pass: Jo candidates All Mechanical Engineering me Diploma pass hain, wo bhi eligible hain.
  • Experience: Ye recruitment sirf Freshers Only (naye candidates) ke liye nikali gayi hai.
  • Age Limit: Aapki aayu (Age) kam se kam 18 saal aur adhiktam 26 saal (18 To 26 Year's) ke bich honi chahiye.

💰 Salary, Working Hours & Other Benefits

  • Salary (Stipend): Select hone wale candidates ko lagbhag Rs. 20,000/- Pratimaah (Per Month) tak ka stipend diya jayega (Salary aapke interview performance par depend karegi).
  • Working Hours: Company me aapko rojana sirf 8 ghante (8 hours) duty karni hogi.
  • Overtime (OT): Sabse achhi baat ye hai ki agar aap duty ke baad extra kaam karte hain, toh company aapko ₹70/- Per Hour ke hisaab se Overtime bhi degi.
  • Attendance Bonus: Agar aap bina chhutti kiye duty karte hain, toh aapko alag se 1500 Per Month Attendance Bonus diya jayega.
